Lessons?
Since we work with all levels of
riders, (even some who have never ridden before!) our first step in all
lessons is to determine your ability to ride. Once we evaluate your
riding, we will be better able to meet your needs. Below you will find a
description for beginner and advanced
lessons.
- Beginner Lessons
We always begin with the
basic techniques, which include:
(1) Basic Bike Setup
(2) Learning the controls of the motorcycle
(3) Body positioning
(4) Maintaining center of balance
The goal of our beginner lessons is to teach you to ride comfortably
so you can safely enjoy the sport of motocross. After
you have become comfortable with the basic techniques, you will move
onto Advanced Lessons.
- Advanced Lessons
Advanced riders will
continue to master the basics while gaining speed and learning
advanced techniques:
(1) Cornering and Braking
(2) Jumping and Woops
(3) Line Selection and Consistency
(4) Race Setup and Suspension
(5) Training and Nutrition
