NX Level MX: motocross Monthly Training
This program is for the athlete who is really ready to put all of their time and effort in their mx training. We set up a weekly training schedule that fits your personal needs. We will put together a detailed plan balancing all activities such as education, mx training, and free time. You will be meeting with Kyle for bike training at least twice a week, and also be given weekly training schedules along with structured workout & diet programs. Kyle will assist you in creating a list of short term, medium term, and long term goals; and you will be working towards these goals on a daily basis. You will receive a binder in which all training activity and diet information will be logged in order to track your progress.
